Q. What are the process for doing paytm kyc?

= >  Paytm gives 3 options to their customers for doing their kyc
  1. MINI KYC
  2. SELF KYC
  3. FULL KYC

Q.  What are the difference between these options?

= >  3 option have their different processes and different facilities

  1. For MINI KYC, you need to upload any govt. authorized identity proof to the paytm app or give photocopies of those documents to the KYC centers. This process is for those who don't have the AADHAR CARD.
  2. For SELF KYC, you need to give your AADHAR NO. to the paytm app and confirm the card by entering the OTP which you'll get on your phone no. which is linked to your Aadhar card.
  3. For FULL KYC, you need to go to the KYC center or book an appointment with a paytm dealer who will do your KYC at your home.

Q.  What if I don't do KYC?

= >  If you don't complete your kyc, then you will not be able to use the wallet service completely.
  • You cannot add money to your wallet
  • You cannot send your existing wallet money to anyone
  • You cannot receive any money to your wallet from anyone
  • You'll don't get any cashback offer in your account
  • You cannot open Paytm Payment Bank account

Q.  What I can do with the Non-KYC account?

= >   You can use your existing wallet balance for every service of Paytm like recharge, movie ticket booking, bill payment, bus booking etc. You can also pay on the shops. But you cannot add any money to the wallet. If you still want to use paytm services without doing KYC, you can do them by paying with the debit card or credit card every time.
